Diagnóstico e Reabilitação do Movimento na Disfunção do Ombro com Sarah Mottram
Sarah Mottram - MSc MCSP MMACP
- Sarah Mottram tem palestrado e ministrado cursos nacionalmente sobre o Controle Cinético (Kinetic Control) durante 13 anos e internacionalmente, particularmente, na Europa, Canadá e África do Sul. Ela é mestra e leciona o KC - Kinetic Control - na Universidade de Keeke. Com Mark Comerford ela desenvolveu a estabilidade no desempenho do movimento que é o núcleo dos seus treinamentos e cursos, desenvolvidos especialmente para aqueles envolvidos em esporte e em cinesioterapia. Estes cursos estão baseados na Matriz de Desempenho - um método de avaliação da estabilidade e reconversão posicional, projetado para encontrar os elos fracos na cadeia de desempenho funcional. Sarah também tem formação com certificação em Pilates e é instrutora da fundação UK e certificada como treinadora pelo REINO UNIDO com o uso do gyrotonic. Ela tem uma prática clínica em Ludlow, REINO UNIDO. O seu trabalho está ligado diretamente com movimento e, particularmente, interessada na integração de Pilates e outras terapias de movimento na reciclagem e treinamento da estabilidade. Sarah é uma sócia da Associação de Manipulação de Fisioterapeutas Certificados. Ela está no comitê de organização da 3ª Conferência Internacional em Deficiência Orgânica de Movimento (Edimburgo, 2009). Ela é uma pesquisadora e esta interagindo pela Universidade de Southampton onde atua no Southampton Universidade Ombro - Deficiência orgânica na Pesquisa em Grupo.
